Changes to the FAFSA will roll out December 2023. Change is not bad: your Financial Aid Outreach Specialist has your back!
What do you need for FAFSA?
If you are a dependent student, you will need information for you and your contributor. Not sure if you’re a dependent student? Consult with your Financial Aid Outreach Specialist.
- You and your contributors will need an FSA ID to access the FAFSA and sign the form electronically. The FSA ID must be created 3 - 5 days before you plan on completing the FAFSA for verification purposes.
- Both SSN for applicant and contributor as available
- Tax information from the prior prior year. So, class of 2024 will need 2022 tax information (federal taxes and W-2s)
